Your contract is renewed monthly. First,
find out your renewal date and then cancel
your account. You also have to return all
the discs by the renewal date. Before following
the instruction, make sure to log on properly
using your ID and password.

To find out your renewal date, go toDMM homepage and click 1) button in the upper right corner
of the page. Then press the 2) button to
display your renewal date. |

Confirm the renewal date. You need to cancel
your account and return all the discs by
the date indicated to avoid further payment.. |

Go back to DMM homepage and find Cancellation Link at the lower
left corner of the page. |

Unreturned disc titles are displayed. Press
the right button to continue.. |

The confirmation screen appears. Press the
right button. |

Cancellation has been completed. The discs
have to be returned by the due date. |
